2. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, dimensions and materials.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings.

As many of our products are art prints, minor variations in colour, texture or finish may occur. These variations are not necessarily considered defects.

For limited edition artworks, the edition size will be stated in the individual product description.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract between you and Art by Ronald is formed once your order has been accepted and confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, for example if a product is unexpectedly unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel your order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are stated in [EUR] and [include] applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout where applicable.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Art by Ronald reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are carefully packaged before being shipped.

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or in your order confirmation. These are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider and circumstances outside our control.

Art by Ronald is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs procedures, strikes, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, images, text, logos and other creative content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Art by Ronald, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer the copyright or intellectual property rights in the artwork to the customer.

You may display the purchased physical artwork for personal use, but you may not reproduce, scan, copy, distribute, resell or commercially exploit the artwork or any part of it without prior written permission.

This includes reproducing artwork on clothing, posters, merchandise, websites, social media, packaging or other commercial materials.

8. Photography & Promotional Use

Art by Ronald may photograph finished artworks and completed orders for portfolio, marketing, social media and promotional purposes.

If you have specific concerns about the use of photographs showing your order or installation, please contact us.

You may use this website for lawful personal and commercial purposes.

You must not:
